Hi i had tummy tuck surgery 6 months ago and i have some irregularities and shadows its like there's a little fat there i am not sure.. am i botched? How can this be fixed? I am so worried i am only 26 years old
Answer: How can this be fixed? Further evaluation is needed but it does appear a revision would be helpful. You may only need some localized liposuction, or more may be needed. Visit with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and learn more about your options. Revisions are not typically done until 9-12 months after surgery.

Answer: Tummy tuck results Dear Considerate562783, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Abdomen First, please submit better photos showing you whole abdomen in the front and side views. Second, an examination might be needed to see if the bulges are residual fat. If so, liposuction can be done. Liposuction is not done in that area at the time of the tuck for safety reasons to your skin. "Botched' is not the correct word to use for something like this.

Answer: Liposuction + J-plasma candidate Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for full body intense liposuction including abdomen, waist, laterals and adding the J-plasma to get better results with the skin quality. Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Abdominal irregularities You will need to be examined to determine what is the best course of action. Photos rarely help unfortunately.
