DI or periareolar mastectomy for a masculine chest? (Photos)

Hi, just wanting to know if DI or peri is a better fit for me. 5’10, 120lbs, 33in bust. The most important things for me are 1. Having a masculinized looking chest (flat with good nipple placement). 2. A fast and smooth recovery. I need to be back at work ASAP 3. Minimal scarring. I don’t mind the look of scars, but would prefer not to have them since I know I’m too lazy to care for them properly. I don’t care about nipple sensation at all. I really like the smoother recovery and seamless look of peri, but I’m a little apprehensive since I know the surgeon has less control over how your chest turns out. I want to know if you think I’d have a masculine looking chest with peri, especially regarding nipple placement, or if I should play it safe and go with DI. Thank you.
