Recently got consult for fat grafting for breast augmentation and told that using the outer thigh/saddle bag area was NOT a good option due to being a generally bad place for tissue and potential for loose skin problems in outer thigh area, post lipo. I'm mid 40s and in pretty decent shape, with no skin damage in this area. I really want to get rid of the lifelong fat from this area, and see lots of other doctors use it..I'm confused. Is this area possible to use this area with good results?
Ive always been self conscious about my body, especially about my legs. My problem areas are my thighs, saddlebags and obviously my huge banana rolls. What is the best approach? Ive read that its a difficult area, and if done incorrectly my butt will be saggier :(
I am 27 years old and underwent smart lipo for saddlebags and inner things in July. I am very pleased with the results, how ever, I still see pockets of fat, but they do not qualify as bulges (pretty much its fat around the thigh) - my doctor doesnt recommend revision/second procedure, he feels there is a risk of loose skin and a less natural results, he also fears it would create indentation. I fully trust him, but I was hoping maybe someone out there would see room for improvement
Hello I am 27 years old. I weigh 184lbs and i am 6ft tall (25 bmi). I have hit a plateau in my weightloss journey, mainly because my disappointment with shape. My love handles & saddlebags are a concern for me. I have a long torso, but with my wide love handles and low wide hips it looks a bit awkward. I don't expect to have another 20lb weight loss, but I am looking to achieve a nice NATURAL hourglass shape. Is Smart Lipo the answer, & what sections do you think are important for me to address?
I am in good health, but been heavy since 3rd grade. The cellulite & saddlebags appeared at a VERY young age. I'm considering smart lipo to help smooth my body out. I'm mostly bothered by how far the flanks stick out. I'd prefer a smoother silhouette in leggings and skirts. I never had kids and I don't intend on it. I wear a US size 8 in the waist but generally need a 12 in the hips and I'm 5'5''. I was always terrified about a thigh lift, but smart lipo seems less traumatic. Am I a decent candidate?
I had Smart Lipo done last week on my banana rolls, lower abdomen and saddle bags. I had very little fat to remove, it was mostly done for sculpting specific fat pockets. It's been a week and my thighs are covered in black and blue bruises and are sore, my banana roll area is so sore and tender that I can't sit for too long without having to get up and walk it off, and my abdomen feels numb to the touch and is a little sore and very swollen. When does the bruising and pain go away??
I do 2 SoulCycle classes + a kettlebells weight class a week. I also run about 5k once, maybe twice a week. I love my weekly classes and don't want to miss out for long. How long will I be off my exercise? (I'm 45, 5'5, 155lbs and 26BMI. I want to get smartlipo on inner thighs and saddlebags. They just won't budge!)
I had Smartlipo 6 weeks ago to the circumferential thighs and saddlebags. I can a noticeable difference to parts of my thighs but the saddlebags still look to be there (see picture with highlighted saddlebag) and I am very lumpy in places. I am worried that these areas will not reduce much more and I will be left with these pockets of fat. I had a check up at the clinic today and I was advised that these areas will reduce further as I continue to heal. What is your experience? Thank you
I am concered about having scars form having SmartLipo and was wanting to know if I just needed the 'saddlebag area'(area right under buttocks on outer area)done where would the incision site be located? Alos, how large are the scars/incision sites for this procedure?
