I am 27 years old and underwent smart lipo for saddlebags and inner things in July. I am very pleased with the results, how ever, I still see « pockets » of fat, but they do not qualify as « bulges » (pretty much it’s fat around the thigh) - my doctor doesn’t recommend revision/second procedure, he feels there is a risk of loose skin and a less natural results, he also fears it would create indentation. I fully trust him, but I was hoping maybe someone out there would see room for improvement
Answer: Samrtlipo Triplex can tighten the skin Dear Ms Galiofa,Thank you for the question and attached photos. I see no reason why you cant have the Smartlipo for these pockets of fat. The Samrtlipo Triplex can tighten the skin at the same time, nevertheless, you might need to have a course of RF treatment such as Velashape 4-6 weeks after the Samtlipo will give further skin tightening.Mr Ayham Al-AyoubiPlastic & Laser Surgeon

Answer: Allow full healing after Smart Lipo Healing can take up to 1 year for swelling, bulges, skin areas, etc. Attempted revisions while still healing can start the process all over again with little gain and potential for risks- contour, lumps, skin, etc. After full healing, re-evaluation with your plastic surgeon is recommended. Close follow up during this time for instructions is also recommended.

Answer: Liposuction candidate Dear galiofa,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Option Yes, I think those pockets could be addressed with accutite. This is a radiofrequency probe put under the skin which can be used effectively to accurately target pockets of fat like that. It's an office procedure with local anesthesia. The attached video is similar technology for the arms (a much larger area)

Answer: Liposuction touchup The small bulges you see on the outer as well as the inner thighs should definitely be corrected as it will create a more pleasing result without any risk whatsoever for looseness of the skin. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery
