I am 27 years old and underwent smart lipo for saddlebags and inner things in July. I am very pleased with the results, how ever, I still see « pockets » of fat, but they do not qualify as « bulges » (pretty much it’s fat around the thigh) - my doctor doesn’t recommend revision/second procedure, he feels there is a risk of loose skin and a less natural results, he also fears it would create indentation. I fully trust him, but I was hoping maybe someone out there would see room for improvement

Answer: Option Yes, I think those pockets could be addressed with accutite. This is a radiofrequency probe put under the skin which can be used effectively to accurately target pockets of fat like that. It's an office procedure with local anesthesia.
