Got Smart Lipo on abs, waist, flanks, inner thigh, saddle bags, & banana roll. Im slow to heal & had a painful recovery, but finally starting to see results & mostly like what I see so far. I still have swelling, numbness tingling & tenderness in most areas. & skin needs to firm up. But the abs, esp in belly button area, is still super tender to the touch & tight. Left side fatty pocket is much bigger than the right. Abs just overall look weird
4months post op. I had smart lipo 360 done... Stomach, back, love handles and bra rolls,,, My surgeon said I have Abdominal Recti and the only way to fix is with a TT. I have 2 kids 7 and 10months. Can someone tell me what that buldge on my stomach is?
I had smart lipo in mid July 2017 on my upper & lower abdomen, flanks, chest & upper back. Its been nearly 4 months & hardly any change. My flanks have shrunk ever so slightly,aside from that I look the same as I did before surgery. 4.5 litres was removed. I wore compression garment for 6 weeks. I'm dieting & exercising. My surgeon is telling me to be patient & I should see more results by Jan 2018. Is it normal to still look like this after 4 months? I appreciate any advice
The areas i had done were the upper and lower abdomen, flanks and lateral thigh. I have had traditional liposuction in the past and was very happy with the results, however, the same cannot be said about my experience with Smart Lipo. When I had my 3 month follow up, the surgeon simply apologized and said he did not think he could give me better results. What do I do? My surgery cost nearly $12,000. Please help me as I am now broke and still heavy. I cashed out part of my 401K for this.
I got smartlipo done in April on my lower abdomen, lower back, and flanks. Everything looked perfect but I noticed that even after 6 months I had a pocket of fat right above my belly button. I went back and told my dr. So we did my upper abdomen after, hoping to remove the fat pocket but it's still there.so now now I just have this pocket of fat right above my belly button and my dr said its just skin, and theres no way to remove it. Is that true? Please help me.
I received smart lipo on May 22, 2015 and I measured at 40 inches pre surgery. It is now 4 months post surgery and I am now at 36 inches. I haven't been wearing any compression garments since I was told by my surgeon to take them off a few days post surgery. When I went for my post op appointment my surgeon told me that all of my swelling is just swollen muscles. I feel like I should've lost more inches in that time frame. Am I doing something wrong or not doing anything that I should be doing?
4 months after my smartlipo touch up below my bellybutton, (they broke up some fibrosis and did a small touch up) could it be swelling still? gets better and worse (not sure but I think when I eat salty food?). Massage therapist said it doesn't feel like scar tissue, and the massages arent making it better anymore (although she broke up some scar tissue in the first couple treatments) what could it be? Can I help it somehow, or does it just need more time, or?
