Lost 30lbs in 3 mos. & now have little fat remaining & am left with loose skin. Based on my photos, would I be a candidate for a non-surgical procedure (i.e. Exilis, Morpheus8, laser, etc.) or would the excess skin removal be more effective with gyno surgery for the anterior and lateral pecs and panniculectomy or abdominoplasty for the waist and flank areas? I will be undergoing laparoscopic DR & umbilical hernia repair, so wondering if these cosmetic issues can be addressed then.
Im about a week post Vaser Hi Def surgery and was wondering what particular RF or Ultrasound therapies would be recommended to ensure proper skin retraction and avoid skin laxity. Work was done on chest, inner thigh, flanks, and arms and I think the arms were the main hi def area. My surgeon recommended Lympathic Drainage Massages which I will start next week and said further therapies arent needed, but I want to be safe and get some skin retraction sessions in just to ensure my result is good.
I understand I am not fat but I have always had my problem areas, mostly saddlebags and flank area. I had smart lipo in May of 2016 to my thighs and flanks. However, I have seen NO difference whatsoever. I thought it may be swelling but it has been more than a year. My diet is the same, and I'm working out more than before. I don't drink alcohol. I don't know if I am seeing skin laxity or fat. I would love to lose inches in these areas but don't know what treatment to utilize! Please help!
I am getting liposuction on my thigh, flanks and abs and want to know if what is the most effective non-invasive treatment to aid in skin tightening, contour smoothing post surgery? Venus Legacy? Profound RF? Something else? How soon after liposuction should I start?
