Rhinoplasty + Fat Graft Q&A

I have consulted for combined rhinoplasty and neck liposuction and a seperate procedure for facial fat grafting to my temples. Due to work constraints, I am unable to space the procedures further apart than 3 months and will not be having them preformed together. I have no aesthetic preference for either. I have previously had a facial fat transfer to my cheeks and under eyes but the results did not last. I would like to undergo another fat transfer but i am planning on having a revision rhinoplasty this September with a different surgeon. How long should i wait after the rhinoplasty to go ahead with fat transfer to cheeks and under eyes?

I've got a fat graft procedure to the face a month ago. I'm planning to get a rhinoplasty in the near future. Will I have to take the fat out? Will it affect the outcomes of my rhinoplasty in any ways? Or can I just leave the fat there by itself and continue with rhinoplasty as per usual?

I was wondering if fat grafting might resolve my nostril asymmetry? I have a hollow area in between my retracted columella and my right nostril. It grooves inwards slightly. I have attached photos for your reference.

Ive been considering rhinoplasty for more than 10 years now and I can finally afford the procedure at age 31. I know I need straightened, deprojection, dorsal reduction, rotation/refinement of bulbous tip. (At least) Does any of this require grafting? For instance, would a graft help if I am fearful of ending up with a pinched looking round tip? I really want the tip to have some edge lines rather than look just round. Please give any suggestions.

I am planning on doing rhinoplasty, full face fat grafting and upper lid blepharoplasty at the same time. Can it be safely performed together or should I skip the blepharoplasty? I hope it's not too much stress for my body. How many hours would all these procedures take in your experience ? Is 3 weeks enough time to look normal after combined procedures like these ?

I am wanting a primary rhinoplasty and facial fat grafting to address my asymmetrical nose and aging face. What would you recommend I do procedure-wise?

Can i do rhinoplasty and lip lift and chin implant and facial fat transfer (forehead , nasolabial floods, under eye not sure ) all at the same time? bc Im planning to do them abroad soon. and if not how much time do i have to wait between the surgeries and the facial fat transfer? Thank you!

I am Asian , I have a big nose tip which really bother me. I had my alarplasty 7 months ago. My plastic surgeon told me there is a high chance of unevenness if I get tip plasty with ear cartilage alone. He suggested using a thin silicone implant . But I am not comfortable with implant , then he suggested using buttock crease fat to for my nose bridge instead . All I want is to reduce my tip size. Is it doable without silicone implant ?
