I had a rhinoplasty done 4.5 months ago and my main concern was correcting my large dorsal hump, which now looks great. However since day 1, I felt like the tip of my nose was not lifted appropriately and appeared droopy, which has only worsened with time. There is now a visible lump under the tip of my nose that is larger on one side. My front and side profiles now look awful because of it. I am very active so maybe increased swelling but doesn't feel like it. Will this go away
I had a rhinoplasty 4 months ago along with a frenectomy as my surgeon suggested it because I had a gummy smile. However, he said it will not change my smile but its better to do it because the nose job itself can lift my lip up and worsen my gummy smile. But now my upper lip rests down on my lower one more than Id like and I was told its due to swelling but Im not so sure anymore. Could it improve any more?
I had rhinoplasty, grafts and an osteotomy, done 4 months ago. One month in, I noticed that the right side of my nose was wider than the left. It wasn't easy to see but could definitely be felt. I went back to my doctor who had a look and said it could also be a blood clot that would resolve in time. The bump is still there and when I place some pressure on it now, I hear a clicking sound. Could it be that my bones have not set right? How long does it typically take blood clots to be resorbed?
Hi There! At my 4mos post op appt. my Dr. told me he would no longer be seeing me. I paid 20K for this surgery. I never felt welcomed,I was amazed at how catty & immature his staff was. That's beside the point. He's a well known Dr.here.Why would be say this? Now I'll be seen on an as needed basis if probs arise. I won't be having a 1yr post op appt.for my final results! Is this normal because I find it absurd! VERY unhappy! This was a revolving door situation!
I had a bump shaved as well as bulbous tip refined. I am please with my nose however I find that the tip is still a little bulbous. Does it truly(in all cases) takes a full year for all the residule swelling to dissapate? Could this still be swelling? Is there anything I can do to reduce swelling, massaging? any steroid injections? Also I find that my nose is usually more bulbous in the morning and starts to feel smaller as the day goes on? Is this normal?
Hi I had an open rhinoplasty post four months. I feel like my Septum bone sticks out more in the right side, inside my nostril. Is this normal? Also post surgery for the first week I would sometimes wake up sleeping on my side, would this have caused it. Im worried and wondering if I should consider a revision

Hi, I got an open rhinoplasty on January the 28th, I feel nothing has changed besides the remove of the bump & my nose still appears so big especially the length of the tip. Its been about fours months now. Is it possible that it will shorten from the side when the swelling goes down. The first 2 photos are before from the side and front. The 3rd one is after op, and the last 4 photos is how my nose currently appears now. Should my nose have been shorten more from the tip
My nose after the surgery is too small with the tip of my nose being high up. One other issue is the fact that the bridge of my nose is shaven too much. Before the surgery, I mentioned that I wanted the tip of my nose to stay pointy but unfortunately looks more round which I didnt want. I have uploaded my before&after pictures as well as the types of noses that I wanted. Would the pictures above be achievable if I under go a revision? and which one of the 10 pictures would go with my face?
