Deviated septum? I feel like my Septum bone sticks out more in the right side, inside my nostril. Is this normal? (photo)

Hi I had an open rhinoplasty post four months. I feel like my Septum bone sticks out more in the right side, inside my nostril. Is this normal? Also post surgery for the first week I would sometimes wake up sleeping on my side, would this have caused it. I’m worried and wondering if I should consider a revision
