Hi I had an open rhinoplasty post four months. I feel like my Septum bone sticks out more in the right side, inside my nostril. Is this normal? Also post surgery for the first week I would sometimes wake up sleeping on my side, would this have caused it. I’m worried and wondering if I should consider a revision

Thank you for your question.I do not see the septal deviation clearly in any of your pictures. You may still have a deviated septum which can be seen on physical exam. Please discuss your concerns with your Plastic Surgeon who can examine your nasal cavity and your septum. He can let you know if there is a problem and solve it if required. All the Best !
