Some doctors are saying it can and others say it doesnt? Whats the truth? Can filler lift the tip or not if it is added only to the columella and no where else? I dont want to add filler ontop of my nose or on the bridge or anything. I love my nose on one side and not the other but overall I like the size and all. However from the front it looks a bit droopy and literally only needs to be lifted a tad bit. I am not looking for/expecting a drastic change.
My nose has a crease coming up the columella in a vertical line and my nostrils appear triangular and a ridge dips in where the nostrils connect to the nasal tip. I'm really insecure about my nose and I hope to get it fixed but I'm just wondering if there is anything else I can do besides rhinoplasty
Laser adds collagen, Microneedling adds collagen. The part of my nose between my eyes and under columela is droopy but not so much that I need 1cm or even 5mm or 3.Just an augmentation of 1mm or 2mm could be perfect for me. So microneedling with a H.acid/ lifting product maybe would help. Under the columela for ex-sometimes needles cause fibrosis, can I needle that part with longer needles, or ask my doc to use just 1 needle to see if a little lift is possible with the formation of the fibrosis?
I had a closed rhinoplasty 11 years ago with a silicone implant put into my nose in order to heighten the bridge and to extend my retracted columella. I am wanting to have more columella showing better but I dont know how that impacts the silicone implant and my surgeon passed away unfortunately a few years ago. I am Asian if that has any bearing and have had no issues with the surgery I had.
I had a primary rhinoplasty 15 months ago. I have think skin but it is thin in the tip. I found that the nose is short for my face. It is maybe for the retracted columella or the tip should shift a little bit? Or maybe I can fix this with fillers in the columella? Thank you
Hello I had a nose job 15 years ago now columnella is symmetrical due to nasal tip changes made during surgery.. Can I get a long term filler to make my columnella more symmetrical? Can it be done safely without infection? What about renuva or can a small tissue graft be placed to fill in the side which is too high to be more symmetrical to the right ride without having to make other. Changes to the nose? If so how can the graft be made so it's not visible through he skin?
I had a revision tip rhinoplasty for nostril asymmetry and my surgeon much removed my columella due to a misunderstanding. Now it looks flat and weird from the side and front as well, and my nosetrils look unnaturally close. My surgeon suggested PDA threads to even it out as opposed to fillers, but all I could find online was nose thread lifting and contouring. Would it work for a problem like this? Thank you for your advice!
I had a rhinoplasty is 2018, I like my nose but it's asymmetrical especially when I smile, my columella cartilage is higher in one side that the other, I want to be in the middle! So was wondering can I put filler on side part to make it even? or what do I need T-T please help
Hi! I had surgical rhinoplasty a couple of years ago to partly address my pointy tip. Unfortunately, after healing, my tip appears pointier. Is it possible to achieve a lifted tip with filler if I have a graft there that makes the tip relatively inflexible and hard to manipulate? Ideally, Id like to go from left pic to edited right pic
