A filler can add up too 1cm right? Can I get like 1/10 th of that with deep microneedling and lasers? CAN'T DO FILLERS/SURGERY

Rhinoplasty surgery involves operating on the bony and cartilaginous skeleton of the nose, not the skin. Since microneedling and laser's address issues that are only skin deep, I do not believe that these modalities would lead to a significant change in somebody's nasal appearance. Hi there! Microneedling in fillers will only help the skin layer- it won't add height, although I like the way you think! I microneedle in filler using Aquagold and it's for skin hydration, smoothing, and fine lines. It doesn't add any volume. If you're wanting to build collagen there, consider injecting some PRP. A couple treatments with that might do just what you're looking for.
