Im 36, 58, 169# and have some crepey/sagging skin at my neck. It makes me very self conscious and makes me appear older than I am. I have very poor skin laxity due to weight loss and just genetics. I also have some skin around my eyes that makes it difficult to apply makeup evenly anymore and may be interested in an upper/lower bleph. Am I a good candidate for these procedure? Is there another procedure Id find more benefit from?
I am 46 years old and have lost 40+ pounds over the last year. My neck looks terrible and crepey! Ive tried Botox for my neck bands and hyperdilute Radiesse x 2 with minimal improvement. Do I need a neck lift? Is there another procedure that would tighten this skin?
What is rhe best treatment for this? Ive been on 3 consults and 2 of them told me a necklift wont help. I feel a necklift is the only thing that can help. I know its from sun damage and using a tanning bed into my mid 30s. My face is fine and looks younger than my age. I would also like to address the fat under my chin. I am not overweight but have the loose skin there as well.
I am a 25yo female. I have (slowly) lost about 60 lbs in the past year and i recently noticed my neck skin is incredibly crepey and loose. I am an everyday smoker and I have noticed my skin is not healing as quickly as it used to. Under my chin it looks wrinkled like I'm in my 50s. Are there any non surgical options for my loose/excess skin? Please help this is horribly depressing.
I am just about 3 weeks post op from a neck lift (and lower jaw area) with platysmaplasty. I have several concerns but one of my main concerns is the skin in the center of my neck has lots of new creppy looking lines. It is still a little swollen and in fact I had steriods shot into it last week. I'm thinking that when the swelling goes down that it will be even worse? What can be done for this and what could have caused the skin to crepe like that "after" surgery?
I am 57 yrs. old with a thin build. I don't have excess fat on my neck but do have what I refer to as 'crepey' skin in the center. Can this skin be tightened via a laser procedure, or am I doomed to undergo some type of invasive procedure to improve the appearance? (I don't have a sagging jaw line, or jowls so am not considering a mini facelift.) Thanks!
I had a total thyroidectomy three weeks ago, 11/21/2017. After two weeks, the surgeon removed the Steristrips on the incision. The incision looked good. But in a few days, I noticed that the skin above and below the incision is very crepey. My Thyroid was very large, and I am very thin, so the surgeon removed some skin during the thyroidectomy. Will this crepey skin get better on it's own? If not, what treatment will improve it's appearance? I plan to start Silagen sheets in a few days.
I have worsening horizontal lined on my neck and loose/crepey skin. I have always worn sunscreen and use medical grade skincare. Why do certain areas look wrinkly and is there anything that can help with the lines/loose skin?
I'm 47 and looking want to remove the fat pouch and crepey sagging skin on my neck. I've tried some laser procedures which were a waste of money. I'm wondering about a neck list with lipo, but don't need a facelift. What is my best neck-improving option and who is the best doctor to solve this problem in the Atlanta area?
