Mole removal for cosmetic purpose is not covered with my insurance but been wanting to have this protruding mole remove in my eyebrow (photo attached). I have this mole since birth. I am wondering how much will be the total cost to have this removed in California. Thanks in advance.
Since birth, I've had a hairy nevus birthmark on my left cheek. It is relatively small, about an inch long and half an inch wide. I'm now 18 and I'm interested in finding a permanent way to remove or lighten it. I've been to one medical centre, and was told that my birthmark/mole was too deeply rooted to excise, especially ebcause of its placement on my cheek. I would like a second opinion, but there are not many places to go where I live. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
I heard it is common for moles like this to grow back and my doc warned me, but didn't think it would be so fast. Making an appt to get all of it removed, but any need to worry? I've always thought hair was a good sign of no cancer. Also, heard it is common for pigment to be a tad darker on regrowth. Is that true?
I have a 4inch long x 2inch wide congenital hairy nevus on the inside of my upper right arm. It's very large and looks like it has dozens of small beauty marks inside it. What would the process of removing it include and how much would it cost? Thank you!
