Single Mole Removal for Hairy nevus?

Is it possible to remove by one time surgery excision on hairy nevus in the upper hand with 6 x 3 cm? I have consultation with the plastic surgery and they advice to have several excision instead of one time surgery.

The white remnant dermis is normal and the wound will continue to heal over the next week. Avoid pigmentation of the scar by avoiding the sun and applying Melarase cream twice daily.

I would recommend that you consider a shave excision for the mole on your nostril.  The procedure can be done within a few minutes.

If the mole is raised, it's possible that it could be shaved off and would not require any sutures.  If the mole is flat, then it would need to be surgical excised.  If that were the case with your mole, I would excise it vertically and the incision would need to be longer than the...

If the lesion is raised, then a shave excision can be done.  If flat, then a complete surgical excision of the lesion can be done.  Either way, a scar will result.  And either way, it should be sent to pathology prior to doing any laser procedure on the area.
