Considering that the .25 needle does not have the effects (production of collagen) and penetration as the bigger needles have, and the fact that the .25's can be used every other day- does that mean I can continue my normal workout routine? Because if the same rule applies to the needles that people are using every other day- then you would never be able to workout if you are following the 24-48 hour rule...correct? Please and thank you- any and all advice, experience, and help is appreciated.
Hey everyone! I am considering doing microneedling with PRP for acne scars, wrinkles and eye bags. I lift weights six times a week and do cardio seven times a week. How soon after each treatment can I begin working out again? Can I workout the same day or next day? Thanks doctors!
I just received my first microneedling w/ PRP 3 days ago. My nurse told me I can go back to my regular routine after 4 hours of PRP on my face. I havent because I dont want to risk disrupting the healing process. Could anyone share aftercare tips? When can I go back to heavy sweating exercises? Exfoliating (my skin is now peeling)? Make-up? Should I use sunscreen - chemical or mineral? I just bought these ZO SKIN HEALTH Complexion Renewal Pads - when should I start using those? Thank you!
Hello Doctors I have been experiencing acne scars from last 8 years. Recently I decided to bid good bye to my acne.I visited a dermatologist. She suggest me to undergo RF micro Needling. My question here is after taking 4 to 5 sessions of RF needling will Results lasts long? or do I have to repeat once in a while. And also am a athlete, I runs every morning and sweats a lot.is it ok? During treatment. Thanks in advance.
Which would be the better option? I don't want a tummy tuck. If I could get a little result out of some skin tightening, I could tighten the rest with exercise. Its loose skin, but when I pull on it, it doesn't feel extra loose. It still feels like its thick & when I press on my stomach, I can still feel muscle underneath. I just want a head start. Excuse my psoriasis, please and sorry about the picture quality. Not looking for a miracle, but at least something to make the marks less noticeable.
