Considering that the .25 needle does not have the effects (production of collagen) and penetration as the bigger needles have, and the fact that the .25's can be used every other day- does that mean I can continue my normal workout routine? Because if the same rule applies to the needles that people are using every other day- then you would never be able to workout if you are following the 24-48 hour rule...correct?
