I've been having problems with lumps from Liposuction for almost 2 years. I've massaged the area, done 6 sessions of Endermologie and lost additional weight, and its still there. Can it be removed? If so how? I'm willing to travel for a guarantee from the right doctor.
After 360 lipo of the abdomen I developed a seroma which turned to scar tissue on my left side. I want to get more lipo for a smaller waist, but I am wondering how will the scar tissue affect the result of futher lipo.
Hello: I had a consult with surgeon for liposuction of back, flank, ab and fat grafting. The surgeon told me he is not going to touch my abdominal because of my previously abdominoplasty. He said there are scar tissues and he won't know what the other surgeon has done. He said it's going to be very risky. How big of risk is it to do lipo after tummy tuck? Should I forgo the lipo of abdomen? Thanks
I've had 360 abdomen liposuction twice before. I wasn't able to maintain the results and gained the weight back. I was wondering if I can try again for the third and final time or would you advise against it? I wasn't sure if there were any risks I should be aware of like scar tissue. Thank you.
I underwent a lipo procedure for my thighs around 5+ years ago and suddenly I noticed a hard pea sized lump that developed under the entry point on one of my inner thighs. I can feel it under my skin, but there is no discoloration and it is not raised at all. It does not move and it is the same shape and size of the visible scar on the skin. Could this be old scar tissue forming or something a bit more serious?
I got a BBL about a year and a half ago and have a significant amount of scar tissue under my skin on my stomach, which gives it a pretty uneven look when I'm in certain lighting. I was wondering what options I have available to break down this scar tissue and smooth out my stomach?
I have a hip replacement, revised 3x. The scar is attached to my pelvic bone. My hip replacements dislocated so many times that my gluteus medius was torn out completely, and when I sit, the ball of my hip prosthesis sits directly on a thin layer of scar tissue. Aside from never looking good in clothing, it is extremely painful! Does anyone have advice as to what I can do to improve my body and QOL? I understand that perfection isn't realistic.
Hello! I had liposuction on my abdomen & flanks 6 months ago. I followed all of my doctors post-Op instructions including wearing my compression garment for the first 5-6 weeks. Around 3-4 months once the swelling subsided, I began to notice bumps and lumpiness on my abdomen. I consulted with my doctor who said that I am a rare case and will likely take a year to heal and see better results. He offered 2 sessions of radio frequency services. I am seeking additional opinions. Thank you!
