I had a lipoma removed on my forehead. I hit my head on the fridge door less than two weeks after my surgery. I JUST got my sutures taken out when this occurred. I have a new bump on my forehead right below the incision line. I'm doing the massage scar treatments w/ vitamin E oil and doing clockwise/counterclockwise circular motions w/ the tip of my finger multiple times a day. What other treatments can I do to dissolve this new, undesirable bump?
Hi Doctors, I fell so hard on the ground and hit my Chin, its been 3 months and the bump wont go away. Ct scan shows nothing, been to many Doctors, one told me its hematoma and inject steroid. Another told me its lipoma but unable to operate to remove it (might have a dent if remove), another told me its soft tissue need to wait for it to heal by its own (might take 2 years). Please advise me. What should I do? Im so upset over it.
On March 22, 2017, a lipoma was removed from my left side(hip). 2 weeks later I went to see the Doctor because there was a painful lump in the same area. She drained blood and fluid, but there was no infection and she hoped it would go down. End of April, 2017 I noticed the lump had grown. Ultra sound showed there was a hematoma that would probably dissolve. Here we are, Sept. 27, 2017 and it is still here, feels larger and is painful to sit, lay, walk, do almost anything causes pain. What is next?
The hard hematoma on my forehead that results from a lipoma remover from the area seems to have liquefied , tho the center is still hard the around it is now soft on touch but i cant feel it.... i dont see my doctor till later this week. What is happening to my head
Had a lipoma remover surgery on my forehead. After few days of swelling on my face as the blood seems to be go down south, my face is back to normal. But the site of the surgery where the lipoma was removed from is hard and swollen. my doctor said i should give it two weeks to resolve on it own. But a clotted hematoma on my forehead is disturbing. I've started hot and cold treatment as i read online to reduce swelling and heal faster. How well does it help.
