I fell so hard that my chin hit the ground first, now the bump won’t go away is this a hematoma or lipoma? (Photos)

Hi Doctors, I fell so hard on the ground and hit my Chin, it’s been 3 months and the bump won’t go away. Ct scan shows nothing, been to many Doctors, one told me it’s hematoma and inject steroid. Another told me it’s lipoma but unable to operate to remove it (might have a dent if remove), another told me it’s soft tissue need to wait for it to heal by its own (might take 2 years). Please advise me. What should I do? I’m so upset over it.
