I dont know what those swollen bumps are I had these bumps on my feet below and around my ankle and some on the edge of my soles. They feel soft to the touch and not painful at all. I noticed them after I gave birth to my first kid. Its been twelve years since then. They didnt disappear and I would like to remove them for cosmetic reasons. I would like to know what are these and what procedure should I go for.
I saw an orthopedic surgeon that told me he would not remove them. I have Tarsal Tunnel, and I these lipomas are not helping. My feet are seriously unhappy! The stretching, massage, KT taping, and supportive shoes are just not enough. Not to mention I can't wear all of the shoes I love because it interferes with the lipomas. Suggestions?
I now have 2 much larger ones on the inner and upper part of both thighs which are not painful but bother me aesthetically. I've also had recurring left ankle, foot and calf swelling which gets worse as the day goes on. I've been taking Lasix 40 mgs. for approximately 6 months with no improvement. My question is could it be possible that the left lipoma is decreasing the blood flow to my left leg?
Do you think this could be causing this pressure. It is not really big. The pain radiates from exactly the area under the lipoma. I don't have diabetes but have osteoarthritis. I do recall within the last 3 months when walking, out of no where, this pain presented in this area. I noted it but discounted it and didn't give it a thought. It was like an electric shock. What do you think? I asked my Dr. For a surgical referral. I don't have the pain now. I did have a total knee replacement 2012 at HSS/NYC
Hi when I was a kid I used to sit on my feet and as result it led it to fluid build up on a spot near the ankle. They said I would have to have a needle inserted to drain it and get the fluid out but i never did it i was scared of needles. does it look like there's fluid build up there now? What could i do to make there area near the ankle look better it looks terrible?
