Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Recovery time depends on the depth of the lipoma and whether it involves your leg muscles.  I would expect you to feel much better 1-2 weeks after surgery.  Hope this helps.

This is not a normal response to lipoma excision anywhere on the body. Some pain from the incision is possible, but not sever headaches with nausea and vomiting. Please follow up with your surgeon or go to an ER or Urgent Care if this has continued.
