Lipoma Removal + 3 Months Post-op Q&A

a little bit of pain tenderness and a red scar after three months of a lipoma removal

I had a large lipoma removed from my abdomen 3 months ago, which resulted in a hematoma. When I went to get my stitches out, my doctor drained 20 ccs of blood. Unfortunately, I still have a golf ball-sized (hardish) lump. Is this normal? Removal of this thing took nearly an hour and seemed to present more of a challenge than the doctor anticipated.

I had a 3 lipomas removed from my upper back 4months ago and the scar still itches and there is one spot in particular that hurts (near the cut but not on the cut). Should I be concerned or is this normal.

I had a lipoma removed from my forehead 2nd week in October... And of cause had all the initial symptoms of post surgery on the forehead. It's a little bumpy but certainly not as prominent as when the lipoma was in there.
