Sounds like an infected suture.   This happens occasionally. Contact your surgeon for an in person evaluation.

First of all this does not sound like a lipoma, but instead a sebaceous cyst which popped.  Lipomas do not pop and creamy liquid does not come out of them this would happen with a sebaceous cyst. I would recommend you find a board-certified plastic surgeon by the American Board of plastic ...
