Im 20 years old and considering a corner lip lift to address hooding at the corners of my lips and excess skin around them. Im also planning a custom jaw and chin implant, so Id like to have my lip procedure done first to ensure balanced proportions. Ive previously undergone pectus excavatum correction, so Im familiar with the surgical process and recovery. Id like to move forward as soon as possible and find a surgeon who is comfortable performing this procedure on someone my age. Ive attached front, 45-degree, and side view images, along with a morphed before-and-after to illustrate my ideal outcome. While I know the results wont be identical to the morph, it reflects the aesthetic Im aiming for. Ive also included images of me opening my mouth to provide additional detail. Would I be a good candidate for this procedure? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
My face is a little weird, so Im trying to go from weird-pretty to just pretty while still looking natural and not overdone. Right now, I want to get the corners of my lip lifted, my deviated septum fixed, and my chin/jaw reduced a tiny bit so my face is more balanced. On the fence about buccal fat removal (I worry I look like a goldfish with the big cheeks and downturned mouth). Not interested in looking younger (Im 25) or changing my eye shape.
Hello, I have been researching lip lifts for a while now. I've always been very insecure about my lips and how my teeth don't show unless I smile a certain way. My bottom teeth show more than the top when I talk, the top will hardly show when I talk unless I'm smiling. I know that I have a crooked smile, my jaw is lower on right side. My biggest questions is, will a lip lift help with my top teeth showing more? Would veneers be better? Or a combination of the two? Thank you
Hello, I had double jaw surgery about 2 months ago to fix an overbite and gummy smile. Before the procedure, I had more volume in my lips. Now, they are much thinner, particularly the right side of my top lip. Would it be possible to improve the volume loss with a lip lift and/or filler?
I'm a 22 year old female and I want to be able to see my upper teeth better. It seems to be hereditary because my dad's mouth is similar to mine. My lips seems to flip inward when I smile, and it looks a bit uneven too. Is the problem my muscles around my lips not contracting properly? Or, do I have a jaw positioning problem? I don't think I have an overbite or underbite, and I have never had braces. My dentists never pointed out problems but I never asked them about cosmetic appearance.
I love my teeth but I hate that they dont show when I talk, smile or laugh. I went to an orthodontist, I am not a candidate for braces or veneers due to the root of my teeth being so short. Ortho recommended Botox around my lips but I was told that would not help show my teeth. The other option was jaw surgery to lower my jaw but was told that would not be recommended. I have updated this question due to doctors asking if I have had fillers. I have never had filler or Botox or any other procedure done.

I am 38 years old. My mouth has always had a downturn on the corners since my teens but as an older adult it makes me feel very unattractive. What procedures could I have to correCT this as well as remove the bulkiness from my right jaw area. I also feel as if my right siDE is much drooped than my left. HEELLPPP!!!
