​You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. The short answer to your question is a definitive "Yes." The use of injectable fillers for restoring volume and proportionality between the upper and lower lips have been routine procedures in the offices of cosmetic dermatologists for well more than three decades already. And Botox lip lifts have more recently also become routine. So, just be sure to do your due diligence in selecting your doctor, and best of luck to you.

You have a long philtrum and a moderately thin upper lip. Shortening your philtrum and giving more volume to your upper lip would enhance the overall aesthetic.

However - a lip lift will likely give you more tooth show - you have to be OK with this.

Lip filler will obviously not shorten the length of your philtrum, but it would enhance the volume.

In your frontal view, you can see where the corners of your mouth are pointing downwards and you have lost a significant amount of lip volume. I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
