Lip Lift + Corner Q&A

I know my philtrum is short but can i do a corner lip lift and make my lips shape look like this dudes without increasing in volume?

I'm interested in a corner lip lift and wondered what the recovery is like? Is it an easier recovery compared to a bullhorn lip lift (I've already had one of these?)

For clarification I mean the fat/tissue - whatever it is - that's on either corners of the mouth where people get TMJ massages. it appears to be protruding outward in the corners when i smile

Want a corner lip lift for downturned lips. After procedure how long does it take to see results. My friend had it done and I see no change after 2weeks.

I recently had a corner lip lift where the incision was limited to the vermillion border. This gave me more red lip show, but didn't address my main concern, which is my drooping corners. I'm upset that my primary concern was not addressed at all and I'm looking to get a corner lip lift where the incision is a triangle/diamond wedge removed at the edges of my lip with a scar extending past my lip (not what happened with my previous procedure). What is the soonest I could get it?

I had a lip lift that has left me with some downturned corners. I know there are options for corner lip lifts, but the trade off scar widening the mouth freaks me out. Are there any options for improvement without such a thing? I have already tried botox to no avail. Would something like ellacor theoretically lift if done right above the corner lip commissure? Or is a corner lift effective if it is just done directly above the existing corner, not dragging it out, lifting just above as shown?

I feel like my mouth ages me. I have done fillers for years but am looking for something that lasts longer. Would a corner lip lift help? I want a very natural look. Thanks!

I don't actually want my natural lip shape lifted or altered -- only excavated so it can be seen LOL. On the right side of my face, some tissue has descended (I'm in my 40s) and is literally burying my lip corner. My skin is in great shape and I'm worried that if a very sizeable triangle of skin were removed, it would leave bad scarring. My questions are -- is it considered a lip lift even if skin is just being removed? Would this procedure be with a scar in my case?

I had this lift approx 12 weeks ago. Definitely not happy with the scar on the left side of my face. There's a big lump that has gotten worse over time and I don't know why the scar drops down so far. The right side is tucked into the crease and fairly camouflaged. I feel like the corners need more lift cause I look like a bratz doll. I had all my filler dissolved prior and there is a divet above my lip outline which is even more accentuated now with the tightness. I think I regret it.

I was told by another surgeon that cutting too much in the center has pulled my upper lip without the corners lifting with it. Am I candidate for lip lift revision or corner lip lift?
