three months ago i got ipl laser done on my legs and when the lady did the back of my legs she changed the setting too high and ending up burning my legs, leaving me sith left over hyperpigmentation and brown spots from the scars, i was wondering if it's possible to get them lasered in order to lighten them and what type of laser i should use? as well as how long will this take to fade. i'm so upset i can't do anything with my legs like this and i haven't told anyone this happened. been sufferin
I'm looking to get laser hair removal on my bikini line using the lightsheer diode duet. I have light skin and dark hair and have been told that I am overall a good candidate for the procedure. I was wondering approximately how many treatments I may need. I was also curious as to what I may expect to pay for each treatment (in Canada). Thanks!
Hi! I've had laser hair removal in the past (lightsheer laser) and it didn't work too great. I've now got a choice of doing the same type of laser (lightsheer) at a different salon, or the Cynosure laser. I have fair skin and dark coarse hair. Thank you in advance
I have been having laser hair removal with Alex for about a year. It has worked in some places but in other areas I have experienced stimulated hair growth. Some hairs are long and dark whilst others are light brown. I am fair skinned. I will be going to another more reputable salon when my current package ends and I thought a different type of laser might be more suitable for me. Which laser is the most effective on finer hairs?
I received approx. 12 treatments on my face/neck with the light sheer duet 810mm. It worked on the thicker hairs. Because of the excessive burns/pigmentation it left I tried the soprano ice laser. This was ineffective but I continued with treatment. The technician didnt spend a lot of time on my face/neck- seemed to be rushing every time. Face/neck have gone hairier than before I received laser. I didnt have hair on my neck prior to laser but the first techician insisted that I treated my neck
I am an 18 year-old male. I compete in sport at high level which requires me to be hairless. I wanted to undergo permanent hair removal, considering I have hair but I am not a kind of forrest and I have sensitive and delicate skin, I have been told I should try out the Lightsheer Duet. Roughly do you think I could achieve the final results before summer 2012 if I were to start the treatment in September?
I am doing Lazer hair removal for my under arms. I just had one session and planning to change my medical center. The other center uses Lumenis LightSheer Desire. Which lazer is better? Should I go with Lumenis or stay with Cynosure? Or is both the same? Thanks
Also, how many treatments would it typically require. I have very thick, coarse dark hair. I am planning to have Brazillian (including perianal areas), face (jaw, chin, lip, sideburns) and upper arms done. I've been told that NdYag is usually used for my skin type, but it is less effective and not as pain free as LightSheer Duet. Please advise. Thanks in advance!
