I had 9 sessions of Alma Soprano Titanium last year for my upper lip, lower lip, and chin with sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. However, there was minimal hair reduction. Four months later, I tried another diode laser (Vikini) on the same area. After 3 sessions, I noticed a reduction in my upper lip and chin, but some parts of my chin still have coarse hair, and there was no reduction on my lower lip. Should I continue? Is laser hair removal permanently reduce other parts of the body like pubic?
I recently had laser hair removal done on my face and it was very close to the lips, going a little over them. Would the laser cause any damage to them? As far as the plumpness or pigmentation of the lips goes? I have no fillers. I didn't notice any difference, I don't see any burn marks. Just a minor concern in the back of my mind
I had my first laser hair removal treatment 17 days ago. The hair on my lip is gone; it fell out almost immediately. But the thick hairs on my chin and neck are holding firm. I've called the office back multiple times and they keep saying, just wait a few days. My hair is very thick and black and I have several dozen hairs. When I shave, you can still see the hair under the skin, especially in daylight and under florescent lighting. Would it hurt to wax? The literature advised against it.
I had my first treatment of Laser hair removal on my upper lip and chin yesterday. I have noticed that the freckles on above my lip and chin have gone much darker, and now are a very dark brown. Is this normal, and will it fade?
I have been doing laser sessions(moustache and chin) Currently finished my 7th session a couple of weeks ago. And im having like clogged pores under my skin that wont go away, esp when i press my tongue against my lips. I didn't have any of these before i start my laser sessions. Any my chin looks like i have got goosebumps and scaly all the time:( what can i do to make it go away pls?!! I have been like this for over four months.
10 years ago I was getting laser hair removal on my upper lip when an inexperienced replacement staff lasered over the Cindy Crawford like mole on the upper left corner of my lip. All the natural colour had gone. I went to a dermatologist who advised me sometimes after about 4 years the colour may return. However, it never has. It is still raised and it has no abnormalities. It still has small, thick hair around it which I only trim but no colour.
I have noticed that after the laser treatment, I have muscle twitching especially in areas where I have more hair on the skin...example, the right gluteal region, the left thigh, even my upper lip... Please answer and thank you :)
So I went to go get hair laser removal and I have a small mole on my upper lip. The girl who performed my laser went over the area where my mole is at. My mole is burned and a little pieace came off. Should I be concerned I don't know if I should go see a doctor or if I'm just over reacting.
