Burned mole. Not the proper way during laser hair removal, should I be concerned?

So I went to go get hair laser removal and I have a small mole on my upper lip. The girl who performed my laser went over the area where my mole is at. My mole is burned and a little pieace came off. Should I be concerned I don't know if I should go see a doctor or if I'm just over reacting.
