What is the recommend time frame to get a facial around getting laser hair removal?

For example, I want to get a facial one day before laser hair removal (only my lip). Is this recommended? If i wanted to get the facial with extractions afterwards, how long should I wait?

Epiduo can increase sun sensitivity, but isn't contraindicated for laser treatment. I would consult with your Dr if you're concerned. Best, Dr. Emer

Every so often, we do see an itchy bumpy rash following laser hair removal. This is usually because of irritation of the hair follicles in the treated area, and this can be easily treated with a mild cortisone preparation. I suggest contacting your Dr. for a topical solution. Best, Dr. Emer
