I’m an Indian women in mid 40’s and looking to brighten and tighten my skin. I have brown spots, acne marks and uneven skin tone. Iwant to understand what is the best treatment for these concerns which will also help in skin tightening. I also want to lighten my under eyes dark circles. Kindly suggest if I should go for Halo laser and also PRF for under eyes.

You have chosen the laser system that will work amazing for you. The Halo will do wonders at helping to lift your spots, help your acne scars as well as your skin tone. I would add a Broadband light treatment (BBL) and the practitioner who has the halo for you will for certain have that treatment to add. That will more uniformly lift your spots and give you great tone. For under your eyes, PRP would be good for skin tone. I do feel that filler would be a fantastic option. A little bit of filler, like a half a syringe on each side would really give a good volume and support to you under eye fat pads. I'm super excited for you and the results that you're going to get.
