I am planning to have a full face Halo Laser treatment and I've been told that the recovery time is usually 5 to 7 days. Does this also mean that I cannot exercise until 5 to 7 days after treatment? Is it possible to continue with exercises that create less sweat such as weightlifting instead of running? Thanks!
