I had a hair transplant 10 months ago and most of the hair in transplant area is not growing up as expected. Do i need another round of transplant. I have been cutting my hair to bald once a month
I'm about 10 months post fue hair transplant and noticed my recipient area looks like it has peaks & valleys. I've looked at a several others before and after photos that don't look like my case so I'm wondering if this normal or something I should be concerned about. Thanks in advanced for your help!
Im a male aged 60 , i had a transplant op 10 months ago front and mid scalp , which im happy with , my question is , my crown is very thin , im currenty taking finasteride 3 times per week for 10 months, however ive noticed tiny black dots on my scalp whick look as though their going to grow out, thing is they dont, there dorment . Is it a matter of waiiting and hoping the hair shafts push throgh , or will they ever break through as itts been a whiie now . Thankyou in Advance Steve.
I had DHI hair transplant 10 months ago (3500 grafts from beard and back/side of the head donor) . I can still see the skin of my vertex area. Although when I touch it, I can feel small tiny hair already popped out of the skin. Will I get anymore significant density in the next months or should I get an additonal HT? Thank you!
The opening coming out of the scalp is so large, they are spaced so far apart with many double and triple hairs coming out of some of the follicles. It's been 10 months (Nov. 2021), I've been micro needling and using essential oils. I really hate to get a corrective surgery because of the down time because I can't be home that long but it looks so bad in person. Would scalp micro-pigmentation make it look weird? It looks like bad hair plugs of the early 2000's.
I (22M) had a hair transplant 10 months ago with 3360 grafts on my frontal area. The progress was slow for the first few months with alot of itching and folliculitis. Now 10 months later the result is no where near what I expected. The transplanted hair falls regularly and the hair density is very less. I have been taking finasteride and monoxide 5% spray once at night. I have also been taking multivitamin and biotic tablets. What can I do to accelerate hair growth and get hair density right?
Got a hair transplant about 10 months ago, about 2000 grafts at the front of the head. I'm looking for more density. Would micropigmentation be a good option for this particular case? Or should I just do a second hair transplant?
Hello, I had a hair transplant procedure (2000) around 10 months ago. I have been very happy with the hair itself and feel that part of the procedure was very successful. However, there is still some faint but persistent redness on my scalp, and the skin still feels a little tight and more sensitive than the other areas. I have very fair skin and so did expect a longer lasting reaction, but I would like to ask if anyone has any advice on how I might address this particular complaint.
Nov last year i had an FUE transplant in my arches. Two assistants were responsible for placing the grafts - one on each side. 6 months in and it's clear one side is progressing better than the other. I email the doctor sharing my concerns and he suggests i wait 2-4 months. 3-4 months later, i still notice a large discrepancy. I have started taking finasteride 4-5 months ago. 6 month mark: https://imgur.com/a/issP14L today: https://imgur.com/a/Q25SsHR
Hi, Im at the 10 month mark and Im so saddened and distraught to see that my hair is very much what it looked like before . I think I may have scarring alopecia or something else that causes the follicles not to grow. I see where the hair has been transplanted but it hasnt grown at all and has just scarred over. What do you think my next steps should ?
