Im a male aged 60 , i had a transplant op 10 months ago front and mid scalp , which im happy with , my question is , my crown is very thin , im currenty taking finasteride 3 times per week for 10 months, however ive noticed tiny black dots on my scalp whick look as though their going to grow out, thing is they dont, there dorment . Is it a matter of waiiting and hoping the hair shafts push throgh , or will they ever break through as itts been a whiie now . Thankyou in Advance Steve.
