it's been about 6 weeks since my surgery. I had lipo/excision done. I am worried about the results as it looks like my chest does not look like it has gone through surgery and still seem cone shaped . My chest feels very soft when i press around the nipples. i don't feel any lumps except right around the incision area. Is it ok that the chest feels soft and squishy? I also feel pain and discomfort, and the area is extremely sensitive. my doctor is in another state so i can't go to see him.
Hello Doctors, 4 Weeks post surgery and the fluid build up beneath my left nipple hasn't reduced. My surgeon said there is no point in getting it removed since the body has to learn to remove it by itself. It will only be a short term fix getting it removed he said. I would love to get a second opinion on this because I read it can hinder recovery or turn into hard scar tissue. My left side is still almost completely numb and my right is perfectly fine by now (actually very sensitive).
In good health contemplating gynecomastia surgery for two issues. One, I have breast tissue that does not seem to go away with weight loss. Two, and possibly most important, I've had hyper sensitive nipples as long as I can remember. It's been so bad that it's generally negatively effected my quality of life. It's not a skin issue, it's purely like a raw nerve on both nipples. I would like to have the nerves removed so that my nipples have no feeling. Help I'm miserable.
So i had my opperation done on march 27th and it is now july 8th 2015. My right side looks great nice and firm but my left side feels hollow and draps down. It still haves a puffy look instead of flat. I would like to know if this is going to stay like this or if my chest still healing and would the skin shrink. I exercise, and message my chest often. Im assuming its scar tissue but it has that puffy feeling to both sides under the nipple area. Would i need a 2nd surgery. Thanks for the help :).
How long is Gynecomastia compression vest really necessary. Is 4 weeks long enough? Also after one month, my chest feels sensitive and sore at the same time if that makes any sense. Its sort of like an irritating type feeling.
I had a gynecomastia operation 3 months back without the concern of sexual sensitivity might get effected. Doctor has removed my glends. After 3-4 months of the surgery i dont feel any sexual sensation while my wife play with my nipples. Now I am regretting for my decision. I just wondering if the sensitivity returns. My question is will the sexual sensitivity ever return?? So much upset with decision. Thanks
