About a year and 2 months ago, i had gynecomastia surgery, gland remove grade 3. i just went for a one year check up and my chest has healed but i'm not happy with the result, my chest looks more or less the same , however you can tell that the glands were removed when i raise my arms ,but there is still fullness in the chest ,my surgeon says that they have to remove more gland but my chest will never be flat please help ?
I had gynaecomastia surgery about a year and two months ago since the surgery Ive had constant pain in my right nipple but it hurts when I touch it and also it feels and still looks like I have Gastr2 months surgery when my swelling and went away I took off the bandages. My right side looked like I still have gynaecomastia and I could feel it was still, lumpy its been two months. Ive been to the doctor multiple times and he tells me its internal Scar tissue and he cant do anything about it.
Are fillers a good solution for post Gynecomastia surgery indentation it's been about a year since my surgery and the dent bothers me but not enough to get a second surgery but it does bother me a good amount . Any suggestions would be much appreciated .
I had Gynecomastia removal 14 months ago. Glandremoval and liposuction done under local anesthesia. The doctor and entire staff were great through the entire process. I had two hematomas (right side) which were drained and resulted in needing a scar revision on that same side at the 6mth post op mark. Im really disappointed in the end result and feel like I lost all of my chest definition. It looks pretty obvious that I was operated on and Im less confident now without a shirt than before.
Hello I am a 89kg adult of 181cm male,I do exercise 5-6 times a week. Basically in my past I used aas and after like a year I have discontinued the use I have developed breast enlargement in a period of stress and anxiety. Then I went to turkey where I had a surgery done liposuction plus breast removal now then everything fine just a bit of asymmetric but its been told more staff has been removed on the left side also now my nipple came back without reasons and I didnt use anything. possible?
I had surgery 17 months ago and whenever I flex my chest or extend my arms, I notice some weird things going on with my chest. When relaxed, hands down, there also appear to be some weird bulges going on at both areolas. Whenever I wear tight shirts, I am able to notice the shadows of the cratering and it is pretty noticeable. Any ideas why this happened and what can be done at this point? Paid a pretty high price for this surgery. Thanks.
Now it's been one year after my gynaecomastia surgery. When I raised my hands craters occurs on both sides of the chest. Also left side nipple indent towards the body. I feel some hardness under that nipple. What is this issue and can it be corrected?
gynecomastia surgery 1 yr ago. 5'11, 185lbs, male, age 33. Work out regularly & exercise. Had mild/moderate gynecomastia. Liposuction performed on chest to enhance results & doctor used drains post procedure for 24 hrs, & also stitches that had to be taken out 10-14 days post procedure. I ended up with some scar tissue/enough to bother me. Doctor states he can do a small revision under local but usually isn't successful. Said scar tissue comes back the same or worse.
Age 33. In great shape. exercise and weight train regulary. roughly 10-12% body fat. Chest still looks puffy after 1 year post surgery. Can feel tissue on both sides that is not muscle or fat. Left side is more visible from upper view looking down. right side is visible from both front & upper view. Right side cones out and looks puffy going into lower armpit area. Left side make chest look fuller and tissue appears to be bulkier located on the inner side of nipple.
gyno surgery performed exactly 1 year ago. had moderate gynecomastia. No skin excision, only glandular excision & liposuction of the chest. I believe this is scar tissue & not left over gland. located beneath the nipple on both side. & a bulk amount of scar tissue on inner center side of left nipple that is most visible from upper view & when cold. Right has more on outer center side of nipple. Can revision surgery be successful & done under local anesthesia to get rid of this?
