Over the last couple years the skin on my lower legs has gotten crepey! I have tried all kinds of serums, lotions, and even a 20% TCA peel. I think the peel made it look worse. My skin is now uneven and darker in some areas. I know I need some kind of laser treatment I just dont know where to start Help! I am 52 and the skin on my legs looks like I am 72.
Ive been on prednisone (60mg to eventually 0) for 6 months from April to mid-October for my lupus nephritis which I am now off and managing with only plaquenine and Cellcept. My lupus is in remission. I developed very bad stretch marks on my arms, legs, and waist, and was wondering how long after prednisone treatment would I be able to get laser surgery?
Had 2 treatments of Fraxel restore done on surgical scars on my legs. Now the scars are lighter than the surrounding skin. Can Latisse be applied to my scars to darken their pigmentation? Or are there any other options? I read a study about this. What are the benefits/risks? I am Caucasian with fair/medium skin.
Hi. so a year ago now i had my leg burned by an in trained professional with an IPL laser that left me with hyperpigmentation cubes.. I went to visit a dermatologist and he told me for three months to apply glycolic acid and hydroquinone 4% cream/ i did and 3 months later they patch tested lasered and then proceeded to start treatments in february 2019- so far i've had 2 sessions 8 weeks apart- am wondering if you think it's actually working and how many more will i need for my leg to be normal
