Hi I was not a right canditate for an eyebrow lift or eyelid surgery but the surgeon I saw convinced me I Was I was so against the eyebrow lift because I loved my eyebrows, but he insisted and believed him. My eyes were almond shape, and I had a low set of eyebrows and now my eyes are round , and my eyebrows are way too high how can I correct this? maybe upper eyelid fat or filler? what do you recommend please
I had upper blepharoplasty 9 months ago. Immediately after surgery I noted several bumps on the left side, near eye corner. I was told they will resolve on their own. They never did, and my both scars are very thick, raised and white. Its been 9 months and my surgeon has ghosted me. I would like to ask why my scars are so thick and visible, and is there anything to be done to improve them? I think the surgeon cut too much. I feel the eyelids are tight and find it hard to look to my sides.
Was a passenger in a car accident in 2013 and didnt get reimbursement due to being young and naieve. I have extreme scarring on left eye and am bothered physically by how tight it feels. I am self-conscious on how it looks. I am so sick of people asking me what happened 10 years later. My nose was also broken during that I got a rhinoplasty in 2016 that butchered my nose. Among breaking my back and leg. I feel so defeated. My whole twenties ive been in pain and felt ugly, disfigured.
I had upper blepharoplasty in Decembe 2020. On one side the scar is creating an unsightly fold in the inner corner of the eye What are the options to fix this? My doctor said she wouldn't recommend z-plasty because it could just make the corner worse. But I would like to hear other opinions and if other scar revision techniques could be used? (Attached photos, one is mirror image of the same eye.)
It has now been a full month since my Blep surgery. I have included before and after pictures and seek your professional opinion. My incisions are too high, I cannot close my eyes completely, when forced closed skin under eyes wrinkle and lift. I have very little lid left if any and eyes keep watering and are very tight.

I had quite severe postpartum Bell's palsy approx 2.5 years ago. I still have some tightness on one side of my face, particularly around the eye area. However, what bothers me most is a quite prominent puffiness under my eye on the affected side. Is there anything I can do to treat this? Would Botox in this area be a possible solution?
Hi, I had a transconjunctival bleph done three weeks ago, visible swelling has almost subsided with just a little bruising left as well. I can feel my left eyelid is tight like it's being pulled down from scar tissue, how do I massage this area in the correct way to encourage the scar tissue to not pull my eyelid down?
I am 41 years old, and had upper and lower eyelids done 11 days ago. I have visible scars at the sides of my eyes under my eyebrow. I feel like I look plastic - My eyelids don't seem to open all the way. When I look up my lids feel very tight and my eyes take a weird shape- Besides, one of my bottom lids seem droop a little. The overall effect makes me look like I am half asleep, or had to much to drink.
