I was injected with 25 units of Botox in 11s (@$350). Brows lifted slightly, but could still frown- 20% softened. 2 mnths later- injector used 35 units Botox (@$350), & confirmed it's not working after 2 wks, & injected 15 more units of Botox. 2 wks later, injector confirmed still not working, & injected me with unknown units of Dysport. This time, injection was painful and created small horn-like bumps and have visible bruising. Brows feel heavy, but no other results yet (3 days in).
I received Dysport to my forehead 5 days ago and had heavy bleeding to the area that is shown with a green lump. The others areas that are tinged green have developed on day 2/3 post injections. Why are they are green in color, typically bruises start off very dark. It seems to be getting darker and there is no decrease in size. The other area that developed and is now bruised also looks like a vein was hit! Can there be permanent damage from the veins being swollen?
Its been over a year. At first I thought it was just a bruise but it faded to yellowish and then just never went away. It came from the needle site in between my brows and showed up right after receiving dysport.
I and 53, got disport in crows feet, 3 injections each lateral eye, I am very bruised, a lot of purpura in the entire lower orbital region, and tear troughs? Gees, didn't even get injection these areas, will the blood pool under the eye after injections for crows feet?? Is that what I am experiencing...... I Have been getting botox for yrs, but not in the crows feet...new for this area? Any insite.....ugh....
1 week ago I had 45 units of Dysport on my forehead (I cant move my forehead now) and 20 units in my frown line (which hasn't seemed to work) I am left with a severe droop in the middle of my brows and like bruised eyes I look plain evil. I have another appointment tonight but I want to know EXACTLY where the Dr has to put more Dysport to lift my brows back up (or whatever) - and I asking for trouble getting 'more' Help please! I'm devastated and SO embarrassed.
I normally have 3 areas of my face injected with Dysport. This includes an injection under each eye and on both sides of my nose. During my recent visit I was shocked to receive a dreadful bruise under one eye. My specialist realised he'd bruised me and inquired as to whether I was taking fish oil tablets or aspirin to which I replied I wasn't. I was wondering if the under eye area is prone to bruising due to too many blood vessels? Also I have more lines now on my nose. Is this normal?
