It’s been over a year. At first I thought it was just a bruise but it faded to yellowish and then just never went away. It came from the needle site in between my brows and showed up right after receiving dysport.

I'm sorry to hear of your issues from your Dysport treatment. One year after treatment the effects of the Dysport are gone and your results will not likely change. You may want to consider filler to help improve under eye contours. I've included a video on this that I hope you find helpful.
