Hi! I had Coolsculpting (i believe it was called Zeltiq back then) on my abdomen in 2011. I remember it working a little bit but it causing shooting nerve pain across my stomach for about a month. Has the technology improved? If I had nerve pain back then would I likely experience it again if I did another treatment? My BMI is 21 and I exercise regularly but have about 2 inches of fat on my belly. Other than lipo, what is the best non-invasive option? Thank you in advance
I'm 5'5 and 175 lbs, which puts my BMI at a disappointing 29 right now. I have poor genetics and my weight goes to problem areas which I need to target more than anything else (flanks and outer thighs). I'm in the mid of my highest and lowest weight atm but always had these problem areas. I have a consult booked but it would be embarrassing than being told I'm too fat for CoolSculpting. Is there an alternative non-surgical lipo I should look into? Or should I be looking into laser/surgical lipo?
Hello, I am 5' 8, 185 pounds, BMI 28.5, 33 years old. I was a good candidate for a BBL until my medical history came across. I had a mini stroke 3 hears ago, due to overdose of birth control; Now my doctor won't do the BBL on me, even though I am clear from the stroke issue, I got everything checked including my heart inside and out. I am not taking any medication, I don't have any medical problems, I don't smoke. Should I still consider a BBL? Or would Coolsculpting work for me?
Im 20, and have a healthy bmi (63kg 167cm). But even if i slim down to 55kg and work out the last thing to lose weight are my arms, thats why im considering cool sculpting as ive been insecure about my arms for a long time. What im wondering is would cool sculpting work on my arms? and how many estimated sessions would i need? and does it work on the fat right above my elbow?. Although my arms look big i feel like lot of it is skin so im not sure if this would help me or not .
I am considering coolsculpting for upper arms. Two different providers agree that I am a suitable candidate. One provider suggested using two smaller applicators. The other provider suggested using a large applicator. Both providers are using the new Zeltiq technology. I am 34yo, fit with a BMI of 23.
If a person with a normal BMI gets CoolSculpting and they continue to eat the same amount of grams of fat and calories and exercise the same amount, where in the body will the fat go? Since after CoolSculpting, fat cells are removed from the body, but there are obviously fat cells still remaining, and we all know that fat cells can get bigger and smaller. Will the consumed fat go to other areas of the body that weren't treated with CoolSculpting, causing other areas of the body to get bigger?
To me, weight loss is not the best way to monitor this but rather a body fat monitor (weight can fluctuate with water retention, muscle gain, etc). Can the results be objectified using this device before and after? Has this ever been documented?
I am 5'2, 66 years old, weighing 170. I haven't excercised in months (and am flabby all over) and plan to get back to it and to lose at least 20'. Last night I signed up for 10 hours around my belly. When I look at photos, I don't see any that resemble anyone as overweight as I. Should I lose the weight first and then do the procedure?
