I’m 20, and have a healthy bmi (63kg 167cm). But even if i slim down to 55kg and work out the last thing to lose weight are my arms, thats why i’m considering cool sculpting as i’ve been insecure about my arms for a long time. What i’m wondering is would cool sculpting work on my arms? and how many estimated sessions would i need? and does it work on the fat right above my elbow?. Although my arms look big i feel like lot of it is skin so i’m not sure if this would help me or not .
Answer: CoolSculpting CoolSculpting does work on the upper arm area. Most treatments to that area are done with the CoolPetite applicator. Normally it takes 2 applications per arm and this treatment should be repeated a month later. Some people may require a third treatment to the area. If your main complaint is fat on your arms, then this treatment could work. If the complaint is loose skin, then this is not the treatment for you because it does not address loose skin. You should visit a CoolSculpting provider near you for a consultation to see if this is the best treatment for you.

Answer: CoolSculpting for the Upper Arms Thank you very much for your question and photographs. From your pictures, it does appear that you may be a candidate for CoolSculpting. The noninvasive technique uses Cryoplipolysis to ‘freeze’ fat cells, permanently damaging cells in the target area, which are then slowly eliminated by the body. CoolSculpting takes 35 minutes and can offer a 20-25% reduction in fatty tissue. When looking for a CoolSculpting provider, ensure they offer DualSculpting (two CoolSculpting machines) so that both arms can be treated in one session. It is important to keep in mind, however, that while CoolSculpting can eliminate fatty tissue, the procedure does not tighten stretched skin. For this reason, once the fat cells are gone, patients may be left with excess, sagging skin. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon, experienced in body contouring procedures. At this time, he/she can discuss all of the options available for improving your upper arms, including CoolSculpting and a brachioplasty or surgical arm lift.

Answer: CoolSculpting for Upper Arm Fat Thank you for your question. CoolSculpting is effective in patients that are good candidates for the treatment. You will need to have enough pinchable fat in the upper arms for CoolSculping to be effective. If skin laxity is a bigger issue, you might need non-surgical skin tightening using a device like Ultherapy or ThermiTight to achieve your goals. You might also benefit from a combination of the two treatments if both concerns exist. I encourage you to schedule an in-person assessment with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive experience in non-surgical body contouring. With a comprehensive examination, your doctor should be able to create a customized treatment plan precisely tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Answer: Coolsculpting Fat Removal - add Vanquish, trusculpt iD, Cellutone, EVIVE, ZWave -- “Fire and Ice” Non Surgical Fat Reduction If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement. However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. This will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a body contouring and hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: CoolSculpting for arms CoolSculpting can be used to reduce fat on the arms. The number of treatment sessions needed varies by patient and I would say the range for most people is between 1-3 sessions. It is difficult to evaluate your arms with only the pictures you provided. An examination of you would really be needed to determine if you might be a good candidate for CoolSculpting or not. It the issue is due to excess fat, then you most likely would be a good candidate for the procedure.
