I was instructed to wash face with a soft microfiber cloth 4 x's a day a day after ablative CO2I was to remove all yellow oozing skin. Should I have been doing this? I don't think the treatment really did much for my face .
I am using aquaphor after reading reviews on this site, I also read comments about vinegar soaks, are Nsaids OK! I was told to avoid them so my body could experience the inflammatory response for healing...I am very swollen, red and oozing today....Advice would be helpful! Thanks
I'm very, very red (also very fair skinned). The red is almost like a patchwork where the laser hit me. I was swollen on day 2 but not terribly. There is no indication that i will peel or slough off. My question is: should I be oozing blood? It appears this may be a normal part of the procedure but I haven't oozed at all. Does this mean I may not see the results I had hoped for?
28 yr old caucasian female had severe acne growing up left with hyper pigmentation and pit scarring had co2 done twice before & each time healing was pretty intense very red oozing scabbing but normal this time healing seems very light I did not feel her pass multiple times and no bleeding or oozing just like a light sunburn also I noticed on my receipt co2 was not checked off day did I get an effective treatment or a deal
I am continuing to swell. My eyes almost shut. The face is warm to touch. Clear oozing from what looks like tiny blisters all over face. Have been using Spring water cooling gel and Aquaphor as directed.
Lutronic Co2 fractional laser was done on acne scars a few hours ago and I'm having some oozing and bleeding. I've already done Co2 fractional before but this never happened, I thought it used to happen with the old Co2 lasers. What are exactly these yellow drips? and why is my skin bleeding? I'm going to call my doctor asap but I really appreciate more opinions. He gave me cephalexin 500, acyclovir 400 and used density 200, power 30, energy 50, spot stc, tip 120. Is this a good company? Thanks
I'm probably late in the game but I had Co2 about 6 months ago. I expected the worse, but there was no oozing, no scabs the worse it got for me was red skin with specs of white scales on my face. I was told the worse you look the better the results especially day 2 and 3. I'm wondering if any of my treatment was ablative or not. Maybe I'm the exception but before I spend my money again, I want to be sure I'm getting my money worth. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
