Recently I have had some bug bites issue and I dealt with it with some bug bite cream and also Off bug bite repellent spray. I fohnd both sides of my face getting dried and bumpy and rough to the touch when I touch it. They are not acne but feel like they had a bit of little skin hanging off it when I touch it.. Im not sure if they were caused by bug bites or allergic reactions to the cream or repellent I used. Please help if theres any treatment I can do to revitalize my face back to smooth?
I have developed a lot of dents and uneven bumpy skin on my face, specially around my cheek area. I do not smoke and wear sunscreen, so I don't know what has caused this. I am a 24 year old female. Could you please recommend a treatment that would be effective in reducing my uneven skin texture.
I had a vitalize peel (citric, lactic and salicylic acid, retinol layer) done 5 days ago, Been using a mild soap and moisturizer at night. On day 3 my skin started to peel and next day I found hundreds of tiny little dots all over my skin, they are not painful or red or itchy but It makes the skin feel very rough. can this be an allergic reaction? I had to use makeup the second day for a few hours, could this have contributed? currently not applying anything, will thay eventually go?
I had my first chemical peel 2 days ago, and have been applying The Post-Procedure Solution by PCA Skin. After 24 hours, I began with one itchy spot on my forehead and now, 48 hours later, my entire forehead (from temple to temple) has a bumpy rash. It's not red; more skin tone, but I'm not scratching it. The rest of my face is fine. Is this normal or am I having an allergic reaction? What should I do?
I have always had bumpy scaly skin on my chest ever since I remember. It doesnt hurt - its just my skin in that one area. I have been doing research as I absolutely hate my skin there. Im too embarrassed to wear lower cut shirts. Would chemical peel be a possible option as I know it can cure acne but I also saw it can cure rough skin as well. Please advise! Thank you
