I've developed a rash bumpy texture after day 3 of Vitalize peel, how to get rid of these bumps? (Photos)

I had a vitalize peel (citric, lactic and salicylic acid, retinol layer) done 5 days ago, Been using a mild soap and moisturizer at night. On day 3 my skin started to peel and next day I found hundreds of tiny little dots all over my skin, they are not painful or red or itchy but It makes the skin feel very rough. can this be an allergic reaction? I had to use makeup the second day for a few hours, could this have contributed? currently not applying anything, will thay eventually go?

Thank you for your question. Peels of that strength should be done by professionals only to avoid such issues. There are many things you can do but I would recommend seeing a dermatologist so they can give you any needed steroid cream prescriptions and a new treatment regimen to avoid any long...
