What's the best remedy for arm cellulite reduction? (Photos)

Question

I don't have a lot of grabbable fat on my arms - just this dimpled appearance. I fell off the fitness wagon 3-4 years ago, and while my weight is only up 10lbs or so my body composition has suffered. I'm back on the wagon with cardio, resistance training, eating in a deficit and tracking macros but what procedures might also help this dimpled appearance on my arms? I've been told things like cavitation, Emsculpt, and cellfina (but I am not willing to not exercise so I think that one is out).

This is age related and weight related. It is a tough problem and anything you do is unpredictable. However, since there is skin laxity and unevenness, those can be addressed by something that tightens the skin, like an RF device or infra red heating device, e.g. Thermismooth and Lux IR, or the equivalent, respectively. Just don't try to treat this with liposuction, it will just get looser and more uneven.  Some doctors have tried to biostimulate with calcium hydroxyapetite (Radiesse), diluted 1:4 and that seemed to help.  RF microneedling which will stimulate collagen may also give incremental improvement.

The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. However, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement.
