I'm asian and my lower jaw is wider than is ideal and gets even wider when I smile. It looks like I have extra skin or fat in the masseter area or right in front of it (pics attached). Can buccal fat removal or some radio frequency treatment like embrace RF fix this?
Hi I am asian and I have a wide cheeks I want to make my face slimmer so I was thinking about buccal fat removal but upon researching, I found out after buccal fat removal, your face will look more hollow as you grow older and you would age faster/older. And doing buccal fat removal at age 20 isnt really good is that true? Should I do Botox instead?
I'm an asian woman in my mid 30s. Always had a square jaw and face and now am constantly receiving masseter botox every 6 months. I like keeping my jaw small so I am maintaining this. However, noticed that I still have part of my face that makes my face look round (I prefer a v shape look). Am I a candidate for conservative buccal fat removal or should this be addressed by Ulthera? Genetically, my dad also has a square/round face even up to now in his 60s.
30F Asian. Im wondering what procedures I need to undergo to balance my facial features and make it more soft/feminine. Im especially concerned about my flat and plump cheeks. Rhinoplasty is off the books but Im interested with something like chin lipo and or BFR plus cheek augmentation. Will these procedures benefit me? TIA
My name is Giang, I'm 18 years old and weigh 61kg. My face has always been so round even though my facial bone structure doesn't say the same thing. I've done some gym and brought a Jawliner (which is something that you chew to get a better jawline and lose face fat) but it seems like there's nothing I can do about the roundness of my face. So buccal fat removal has always been my concern and I am wondering if it can get me a slimmer face or a more V-line-shaped face!!! Thank you!
I am a mixed asian 35 yr old female. I have had chubby cheeks since birth and have remained whether I was a boney size 0 till now. I have high cheek bones but my fat cheeks have become heavy creating jowls. I've had 2 consultations where Dr's suggested injectable fillers, jaw botox and ultherapy. I want a permanent option that does not add volune to my already BIG face but there aren't any experienced DR's who perform either procedure in the Seattle area. Help!
Im 26 yrs old asian female, no matter what kind of exercise or diet i do i still cant lose my chubby cheeks.. i got it from my father and my aunts and cousins on father side has similar facial shape. I am 23, Asian. I've felt self-conscious with my chubby face my whole life. Looking at my dad and his parents, and how people have ALWAYS commented I look more like my dad (I also have a large frame like him), the chubby face lasts well into the 70s. My mum and her parents are average-sized. I have gained, lost and gained 10kg before but my face has always looked the same in photos. I'm of normal BMI=21. Should I go for buccal fat removal? I do not want to waste my youth hiding a chubby face. TIA
Please see attached photo for my current state, it is getting worst, it is not this worst for the first 4 days, and the doctor also informed me that on my right cheek a lot of fat has been removed compared to the left one (which is mildly swollen), my concern is that the swollen is upto my chin, its making me paranoid whether this is normal for other doctors aside from my own. And also take note I combined my surgery with double eylid and rhino only this is my main concern.
I am 32 asian girl, used to have big buccal fat pad. I had buccal fat pad removal 8months ago. The doctor said he took all out. Since then my eye bags became bigger and and now my upper cheecks is sagging and flat. . I have no prominent cheeckbone. Now i m really regret. Is there anything to reverse this? But technically, is it possible to inject deep right into that buccal space where hhe buccal fat pad used to be?
