Can I get a slimmer and more V-line-shaped face with buccal fat pad removal? (Photos)

My name is Giang, I'm 18 years old and weigh 61kg. My face has always been so round even though my facial bone structure doesn't say the same thing. I've done some gym and brought a Jawliner (which is something that you chew to get a better jawline and lose face fat) but it seems like there's nothing I can do about the roundness of my face. So buccal fat removal has always been my concern and I am wondering if it can get me a slimmer face or a more V-line-shaped face!!! Thank you!

Two things you will see me write on and lecture on are "volume in the right place" and "Peaks and Valleys for shadows and curves".

Buccal fat pad sculpting, "Cheekago" in my hands, can really make a difference if done correctly and combined with some other sharpening procedures for sculpting.

Each patient is different but the methods and approaches can be applied to most people with adjustments for your specific face. You have a great mandible, great chin and just a slightly softer zygoma with thick skin and full lower cheeks. These are all great things. From your photos I think you would do great with buccal fat pad sculpting and some precisely placed volume.

I have even pinned the parotid gland in some patients that really want the sculpted look. It all depends on what you want.
