I had a breast reduction three years ago as well as nipple piercings. The piercings are out as of a year ago but lately Ive noticed white bumps were the piercings were AND red bumps around the areola scar on my breasts. Obviously seeing things on the internet can go crazy so if I can get some advice please! photo)
I had a breast reduction and lift in 2017 (18F). In 2018 I started getting these raised red bumps on my scars. They come and go every so often but I dont know if this is considered normal or if anyone has seen anything similar? There is a discomfort from them.
Ever since having children, not only has my areola gotten larger and darker, I've also developed these little bumps on them. I didn't breastfeed. It doesn't hurt. What are they? I want to get a mommy makeover with breast reduction and areola reduction. Will they be able to get rid of the bumps too?
I am two years post op from my breast reduction and still experiencing some concerns. I have a hard red raised area on my right breast that gets periodically itchy and hot, as well as hard red bumps around my right nipple, but my left breast is perfectly fine. Should I schedule an appointmemt with the surgeon?
Im concerned it wont have a flat look, I asked my doctor and he said it was to soon to tell, that we could look at it in 6 months and he would decided if I needed a revision. From your experience is this something that might need a revision? I would hate to have to do a revision.
But I have 2 annoying red bumps at the end of my incision (near my armpit) that are really itchy. Are these dog ears? Is there anything I can do at this point to help these heal better/get flatter?
Three bumps appeared randomly next to my nipple. My PS used dissolvable sutures but the bumps aren't near the incision. A few days ago I had a fluid-filled lump appear along my cleavage incision. I popped it and drained the fluid. It looked like blood and pus. There really was no smell at all-not like blood or infection. It seems to be drying up and healing now. The bumps by my nipple don't look like that one did. They are raised up with recesses in the middle so they look like tiny volcanoes.
I'm on my 3rd post op day from having my breast reduction and I've recently noticed that I feel as if I'm having an allergic reaction around my dressing which consists of gauze absorbent pads and a tube top given to me by my surgeon to hold the dressings in place. My skins is red and itchy and has bumps. Should I be concerned and how do I fix this problem?
