But I have 2 annoying red bumps at the end of my incision (near my armpit) that are really itchy. Are these dog ears? Is there anything I can do at this point to help these heal better/get flatter?

First of all, congratulations on your breast reduction, kelinjapan!
At two weeks post-op, it’s still too early to tell what the final appearance of your scars may be. Right now, there’s still a lot of swelling, so I won’t say you’ve developed dog ears for certain.
Continue your incision care as instructed by your plastic surgeon. Wash the area daily with warm water and mild, unscented soap, and pat it dry before covering it with a gauze bandage. Change the bandage every day.
And if you encounter any problems, don’t hesitate to follow up with your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon.
