2 weeks out from reduction after single mastectomy so I know I have a lot of healing left to do. Are these dog ears? (Photos)

But I have 2 annoying red bumps at the end of my incision (near my armpit) that are really itchy. Are these dog ears? Is there anything I can do at this point to help these heal better/get flatter?
